We have a simple return policy to make it pain-free for you to get something new, at your convenience!

 

Please note, the following items are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged: All sale items, jewelry, Gift Cards!

 

Merchandise must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

 

If it's within 15-30 days of the original purchase date, you're eligible for online store credit only.

 

Anything past 30 days of original purchase date, no returns accepted... hang it in your closet and love it like it's one of your children!

 

A L L  R E T U R N S  must be in their original condition, tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke free (obvi!), free of make-up stains, deodorant stains and sans pet hair!

Be cool and honest! K?! K!!

 

Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.

 

H E R E ' S  W H A T  Y O U  N E E D  T O  D O :

1. To return your item(s), shoot us an email at cottoncastleboutique@gmail.com, subject line  R E T U R N ,  State your reason for the return (include pics if necessary) to receive return approval.

 

2. Once we've processed your return approval, you will receive an email with your  R E T U R N  A U T H O R I Z A T I O N  N U M B E R.  Print that out and include it in your return package.

Cotton Castle Online is not responsible for the return shipping cost... return shipping is the responsibility of the customer!

 

All returns must be sent with Delivery Confirmation!

We want to know that you really sent it and you want to know that we really received it!

3. Once we receive the item(s), you will receive one of the following: full refund to original form of payment  O R  an email with an e-gift card for the dollar amount of the item(s) you are returning.

4. The e-gift card needs to be used within 1 (one) year!

 

Cotton Castle Online reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns, and to update this policy at any time without notice.

 

Cotton Castle Online is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. It is the customers responsibility to request tracking information from the shipping company of their preference for the return package(s).

 

D A M A G E D  O R  D E F E C T I V E  I T E M S :

Our fulfillment team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but in the event that we missed something by human error, here's what you need to do:

 

Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment.

Tags must be attached.

 

All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment.

If report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and replaced the damaged or defective item if we still have the item in stock, or we will offer a refund for the purchase price.

 

Please contact us immediately at cottoncastleboutique@gmail.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area.

Please include your name and order number.

 

Damaged/defective items reported  A F T E R  3 days of receipt can be returned according to our regular return policy  B U T  shipping costs will not be covered by Cotton Castle Online.

Return shipping of damaged/defective items will be the responsibility of the customer after the 3 day mark.

 

E X C H A N G E S :

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Return Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued a store credit in the form of an e-gift card for the returned item, in which you will then use to purchase a new size/new item.

 

We cannot guarantee the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department.

 

H O L I D A Y  R E T U R N  P O L I C Y :

All purchases made in the month of December (12/1 - 12/31) will have an extended return deadline of 30 days, instead of 15 days.

Remember: sale items, jewelry, and gift cards are non-returnable/non-refundable.
